I am just putting this up for a few days for some friends. If you have PCOS or think you may check with your doctor. PCOS
This is a video about PCOS that I made after being diagnosed. I was diagnosed with PCOS after trying to get pregnant for about 5 years. My own doctor did not even consider that I had PCOS. I was on my period nonstop, gained weight I could not shed, unwanted hair growth, and a ton of other symptoms. I finally went to a doctor that knew what she was talking about. I has a Sonohistogram done and a uterine ultrasound which confimed that I have PCOS. They also found 2 polyps on my uterus which was a result of leaving my PCOS untreated for so long. I had a Hysteroscopy surgery done to remove them and my thick lining and I am now on Metformin to keep things under control. Please spread the word on PCOS! There are so many people that are too afraid to go get checked out. I would also like to add that I made this video after being diagnosed and have since become very hopeful about my future with PCOS. Your life is not over no matter how hard it seems. The good thing about knowing what is wrong with your body is that you can do what you need to do to control your symptoms.
